Their unlimited internet access package is $5.47 for the first three months and $10.95 after that. The software can be downloaded online and the account set-up within seconds as well. PeoplePC Online uses Smart Dialer to help speed up the connection by identifying the which access number in the user's area is available at the time of dial-up. The service provides instant messaging compatibility with AOL, Yahoo, and MSN, a welcome page, 10MB of email storage, Spam blocker, email virus blocker, web mail access and use of Outlook, and a pop-up blocker. They have over 8,000 dial-up numbers and are half the price of AOL. However, their technical support is free of charge by email only. If the user needs to call in it will cost them $1.95 per minute.
