SurfWithUs.com offers dial up access for a single user that includes one email account for only $17.95 per month. They have different plans to fit different needs available at different prices. For new members, a special is offered for $9.95 the first 3 months and then it is $17.95 per month after that. There is an economy package that allows 15 hours per month of internet access for $9.95 per month and a family plan with 3 email addresses for $19.95 per month. They have excellent customer service which truly makes this plan valuable because many major ISP services do not have high standards for customer service these days. The service can be signed up for online or by phone and payments can even be made through PayPal for those who prefer it over a major credit card.

Now, here comes the free part. SurfWithUs.com is a referral program that gains many of their customers from word of mouth. A member has the potential to earn free dial up service by referring friends, family, and more. The way the program works is that for every person the member directly refers the member will earn $2.00 per month for the duration of the new member's membership. Then for every member the new member refers the original member will earn $1.50 per month for the duration of their membership. The referral program works for up to four tiers with Tier 3 having a referral fee of $1.00 and Tier 4 is $.50. So, if the original member refers enough people they can earn enough each month to pay for their internet access. However, the earning does not stop there. If the member earns more than their membership fee per month then each quarter they will be paid the difference by check which provides an additional income to the member. There is not a limit as to how much a member can earn for referrals so if they choose to make this into a side business to earn more money they can or they can just refer enough people to cover their membership costs. Either way it will either reduce or eliminate the monthly fee eventually giving the member free dial up internet service.
