These features can be added anytime online or by phone. Netscape does not require a large amount of computer space as it is made to run efficiently with the user's PC. They have free online technical and customer support but live technical support will run member's $10.00 per issue with a 48-hour maximum turnaround time. The account has only one email address and access should not be an issue as they have numerous access numbers available. This is a great service for the price but if a use requires all of the additional features it might be wise to go with a different ISP that includes everything for less.
