The major difference between the free internet account and the paid internet accounts offered by NetZero is that the free internet account limits its user to 10 hours of online access per month. This includes all free accounts sharing the same phone line or computer. So, if the consumer requires more than 10 hours of web time per month they would be better off paying $9.95 for a Platinum account with unlimited internet access or $14.95 for high speed dial-up with unlimited internet access through NetZero.
