The Platinum discount ISP service provides the member with an email address, unlimited internet access, 250MB of email storage, no ad banners, email access available off line, web based email, junk email filters, email virus protection, instant messaging compatibility with all major IM providers, online support, a personal start up page, and many access numbers to ensure a local dial-up connection. The service can be signed up for online by downloading the software or over the phone with a CD-ROM.
