Netscape is a discount ISP ready to meet your online needs. Their cheap ISP dial-up account is only $9.95 per month with the first month free. It provides unlimited email and internet access. The email account has 10MB of storage available and is available through remote web email to allow email access from any location. Plus the email is compatible with Outlook and Outlook Express. The service is compatible with instant messaging service providers and their search is partnered with Google for better search results. Netscape also provides free online customer support for billing and technical questions and free phone support for billing issues only. If the user requires a live representative the charge is $10.00 per resolved issue and they have 48 hours to take care of the problem. Considering that some cheap internet services providers charge $1.95 per minute the $10.00 per resolved issue charge does not seem so bad. Consumers can sign up online by downloading the software from their site or by phone and a CD-ROM will be mailed to them.
